Many Japanese and non-Japanese staff work on-site.
At most conventional translation agencies, foreign staff are
hired as external consultants and work on translations together
with their in-house Japanese staff communicating purely through
email, but this makes it difficult to maintain quality. We have
many translators and re-writers working on-site as members of
our staff. This unique framework allows us to provide translations
of higher quality.

We catch the slight differences in nuance that only native language speakers could understand.
We handle as many as 11 languages on a daily basis, including
Japanese, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian,
Dutch, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean, and Arabic.
For each language, our native speaking in-house staff and off-site
translators work together to thoroughly check the slight differences
in tone difficult for even the most experienced translators
to find, resulting in perfect native expressions. |
Enjoyable, multi-cultural working environment.
Staff from various countries working together could mean cultural barriers and difficulties; however, our company encourages sharing of culture and ideas.
Our foreign and Japanese staff enjoy working together, care for each other, and strive to keep friendly relationships. Unicon's workplace is notable for the comfortable atmosphere it provides its foreign staff to work in.
